Am I tied into a contract?
No, absolutely not! Fairy Services is a small independent personable business, and it is very important to me as the owner that the business model is transparent. You can cancel your subscription at any point. And we will return your keys or keep them safe incase you want to start again.
How will the Fairy get in to do the magic?
After the initial consultation, you can decide if the service is right for you. Once subscribed, you will be onboarded as a client and receive your own login details for the client booking portal where you can book your initial key handling meeting with me. After this you are free to book services when you like.
Why is there a subscription?
The reason for this is to ensure the smooth running of the service. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes, and you will know that every time you book a service with Fairy Services, you won't be let down. You'll also have the added reassurance that it's someone you already know and have met in person that is coming to your home and not a random from an agency.
What if I want more than one Fairy Service?
That's absolutely fine. You can contact us to discuss your needs, and we can set you up with a bespoke service just for you. After that, you can log onto the portal and book your bespoke service for daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time appointments. And you can still use the generic services when you please.
What if I only want a one off Fairy Service?
You will still need to be on boarded as a client for the service to function smoothly. If you realise that you're not using the service much, you can cancel your subscription at any time or take a break. Remember, you are not committed to any long-term contract.

No! We are a small independent local business, and as the team grows, I will personally review the model to ensure that it aligns with my ethos. Our goal is to provide a service for busy individuals so that they can reclaim their time for self-care.
